Refund Policy

Atelier Meridian products are digital products and may include downloadable materials, course content, audio files, templates, guides, or other immediately accessible resources.

Arrival Rituals includes a 14-calendar-day refund window beginning on the date of purchase. To request a refund within that window, email jana@ateliermeridianstudio.com and include the purchase email address.

All other Atelier Meridian digital products are final sale unless a different refund policy is stated clearly on the applicable offer page or required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact jana@ateliermeridianstudio.com within 7 days of purchase so we can help resolve it.

Duplicate purchases, billing errors, and exceptional technical circumstances may be reviewed individually. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded product may be revoked.
