Terms & Conditions

Governing Entity: Atelier Meridian, a division of Lola Ventures LLC (“Atelier Meridian,” “we,” or “us”).

Binding Nature: By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Atelier Meridian product, service, membership, tool, or experience collectively, the “Services,” you “Client,” “Participant,” or “User” agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service and any applicable Product Addendum. These terms are legally enforceable.

1. Scope & Structure

These Master Terms apply to all Atelier Meridian offerings unless expressly superseded by a specific Product Addendum. Product Addenda provide offer-specific terms, including deliverables, pricing, refunds, and access. Read both before purchase.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All materials, including rituals, frameworks, templates, and audio, are Atelier Meridian’s intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Prohibited: Sharing, reselling, reproducing, distributing, or using for client/team delivery without written permission. Violation = immediate access revocation + legal action.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Full Payment: Due at purchase unless installment selected.
• Installments: Authorize recurring charges. Failed payments = suspension after 7 days.
• Refunds: Arrival Rituals includes a 14-calendar-day refund window. Other Atelier Meridian digital products are final sale unless a different policy is stated on the applicable offer page or required by law. For refund requests, access issues, duplicate purchases, or technical errors, contact jana@ateliermeridianstudio.com.
• Chargebacks: Contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks = account termination.

4. Access & Delivery

• Digital access is delivered through Systeme.io or another platform identified at purchase unless stated otherwise.
• “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Atelier Meridian maintains the product and its delivery platform. Third-party platform changes may affect delivery.

5. Cancellation & Termination

We may terminate for violations. You may cancel anytime. No refunds are provided unless otherwise stated on the applicable product sales page or required by law.

6. Privacy

See Privacy Policy. You consent to emails + analytics, including Google and Meta Pixel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services provided “as is.” No warranties. Max liability = purchase price.

8. Governing Law

Wyoming law. Disputes via AAA arbitration.
